The Rawls College of Business Managerial Communication program administers the College’s required communication course, MGT 3373: Managerial Communication, and supports the Snyder Communication Skills Center (SCSC). A new era in communication education is beginning, and transformative changes are taking place in both MGT 3373 and the Snyder Communication Skills Center. These are exciting times!

MGT 3373's mission is to teach students the foundational oral and written communication skills needed to effectively communicate in varying business contexts and situations. Efforts are continually being made to develop the course design and the curriculum in a way the best supports this mission.

The Snyder Communication Skills Center primarily supports MGT 3373, assisting students with their course assignments through individual consultations about speaking and writing issues. Expanding and promoting the center's services are central to the future plans for the SCSC.

The Managerial Communication faculty is a dynamic, dedicated group that teaches all the MGT 3373 sections and staffs the Snyder Communication Skills Center.

With a commitment to pedagogical excellence and innovation, the Rawls College of Business Managerial Communication program is moving in new directions. Join us in creating an exemplary program!
